Connecticut State Representative MJ Shannon can't fully define what a "woman" is without a medical training or a biology degree.
But at least he knows "woman" is a "gender identity or gender expression."

Yes, I asked this question. Yes, this was the response. Can you trust CT state leaders when they can't even define what a woman is?#BreakingNews #breaking #womensrights #news #rights #Connecticut #HappeningNow #BREAKING #newsfeed… pic.twitter.com/iYGKljkKTt
Of course the comments about defining a woman make Shannon look like a bit of a hypocrite because he apparently knows enough about biology to know that he himself is a "he/him" so why's it so difficult to define what a woman is?
Shannon, a Working Family Parties-endorsed candidate, represents parts of Milford, Orange, and West Haven and describes himself as "a passionate environmentalist and an advocate for social justice and community development."
As a reminder, in order to get that endorsement, he had to answer favorably to questions about whether he supported "non-citizens voting in their local elections" and expanding Husky insurance to ALL illegals.
He was also endorsed by Planned Parenthood, a significant provider of gender-bending drugs to confused children.
He's a member of the LGBTQ+ caucus and has promised that transgender people are going to be at the center of policy-making in the state because "visibility isn't just about being seen, it's about being respected, protected and valued in every space, whether it's our schools, our workplaces, our healthcare systems, our homes."
He's sponsored or co-sponsored 98 bills this session, including things like:
We could go on and on about the legislation Shannon has proposed, but you get the gist.
He's all-in on the progressive agenda.
