All Federal DEI Offices To Be Closed Wednesday, Workers Warned About "Disguising" Roles

President Donald Trump's administration has issued a notice to all federal Diversity, Equity, Inclusiveness, and Antiracism (DEIA) offices. They are to shutter operations by 5 pm Wednesday, January 22. Workers will be immediately placed on paid leave until further notice.

A list of further conditions followed, including supervisors asking employees if they know of any efforts to disguise DEIA work in other branches of the government by using "coded or imprecise language", as reported in ZeroHedge.

Additional elements of the notice: all public-facing media (such as websites) are to be taken down, pending projects scuttled, and any DEIA trainings and contracts are to be canceled.
