A special education teacher in the Cheshire Public School district in Connecticut is the latest to lose her mind--and record it for the world to see--over Trump winning re-election.

Annie Dunleavy, a special education teacher at Chapman School (K-6), started off her unhinged tirade by arguing that all of the groups of people she cares about, including people of color and poor people and gay people, will no longer be safe in America... and "neither the f*ck are you guys" she says in reference to people who voted for Donald Trump.

"Just because you won doesn't mean we don't remember who the f*ck you voted for," she angrily asserts.

"You're not in the clear," says Dunleavy as she goes on to make a threat -- that if you touch her, you will "end on a stretcher, gone forever" as she waves her hand.

"I'm so serious, nobody f*cking talk to me unless you wanna swing. If you wanna fight, text me, call me, whatever," she says, warning anybody else to "stay the f*ck out of my face."

She proceeds to tell anyone who voted for Trump and who has anything from her, any image or anything, to delete it so she knows how to handle you.

"Just tell me, or leave. Please, the door, go," she says dismissively.

When the Centinal first received this video over the weekend, we immediately reached out to the district to confirm this was indeed a teacher in the district, and to obtain a statement as to whether the school planned to put the teacher on administrative leave pending an investigation.

We contacted the school again today, as did a number of parents.

Superintendent Jeffrey Solan indicated to a parent that the school does not comment on pending investigations.

Meanwhile, a parent in the district has filed a formal complaint for threats of violence and death with the Cheshire Police Department.

The Centinal spoke with Cheshire Police who confirmed the matter is under investigation, but added that they have nothing further to say on the matter at this time.

The Department of Children and Families has also been notified about the video.

    UPDATE: (11/11/24)

Dr. Jeff Solan, the Superintendent of Cheshire Public Schools, has provided a follow up communication to the entire Cheshire Public Schools community regarding Ms. Dunleavy's video.

He started off the email by reminding the community about a message he sent prior to the election about the "tense" political climate and the importance of appropriate civil discourse and maintaining "disciplinary standards when discourse becomes ridicule or harassment."

Then he addressed the unhinged video.

"Unfortunately, it came to my attention over the weekend that someone had taken a video of one of our teachers who shared what she intended to be a private message to her group on Snapchat," explains Dr. Solan. "She was expressing her personal opinion and not those of the Cheshire Public Schools. The person who filmed this then posted the video to social media outlets."

"The Cheshire Public Schools is reviewing this situation as a personnel matter and as such we are following all applicable laws," Dr. Solan continued, before announcing that the district would be temporarily removing Ms. Dunleavy from the building, pending the outcome of an investigation.

The district has been inundated today with calls and emails, especially from folks outside the community who saw the video floating around on social media.

The district will have a police presence "out of an abundance of caution" for now.

Dr. Solan ended his remarks by encouraging civil conversation, and asking folks to try to "bring down the temperature" for the benefit of not just students, but for all Americans.

Even if their life gets better under Trump they will continue to whine about their feelings. This is the outcome of indoctrination.
