Connecticut democrat politicians were quick to celebrate the ludicrous and outrageous 34-count guilty verdict for Trump on social media.

Senator Chris Murphy said, "Trump toadies are going to attack the jury and the court because they have a plan to dismantle our democracy and it relies on everyone believing the justice system is rigged. It isn’t. Donald Trump committed a crime. He got caught. He got convicted. That’s the rule of law."

Except we know the justice system is rigged—just one look at what's happened to the J6'ers as compared to the "summer of love" rioters is all you need to know there are two standards of justice.

Murphy when on to note that Trump's alleged "crime" may not be "as serious as the others" he allegedly committed and promised this would not be Trump's last conviction.

What other bogus crimes is Murphy imagining?

Murphy promised that Trump "can never be president again" but we'll just have to see about that.

Congresswoman Jahana Hayes celebrated by posting a meme.

She laughably said that "justice was administered without fear or favor and the system worked."

    Without fear or favor?

What about the "favor" Judge Merchan extended to his daughter Loren through biased rulings?  She works as a fundraiser for Democratic officials and organizations, and helped her clients raise $93 million from donors during Trump’s trial in New York, partly by invoking the case and smearing the defendant in solicitation emails.

Hayes also assured "former Presidents are not above the law."

But will she feel the same way when Trump turns the tables and goes after other former presidents who broke the law?

State Senator Matt Lesser seemed delighted to report that, "Trump, a convicted felon, has just lost the legal right to vote in the state of Florida."

    We'll see about that.

State Rep. Matt Blumenthal also assured that "no one is above the law" which would be nice if it were true, but it's not.

Jeffrey Epstein's clients seem to be above the law, for instance.

Hunter Biden, along with family members, friends and others implicated in the long list of crimes detailed in the very much real laptop from Hell seem to be above the law.

Ned and Annie Lamont seem to be above the law.

And what about all of the folks who have been implicated in election fraud crimes in Bridgeport, for instance?

Hopefully what comes around, goes around... because no one should be above the law.

But perhaps the person celebrating the most is State Senator Bob Duff, who posted seven times in reference to Trump and the show trial verdict, starting with accusing him of something that he wasn't even on trial for in this particular kangaroo court.

"Little" Bob Duff, whose new favorite number is now "34", predicted that "Trump will wallow in self pity and obsess with settling scores."

He also said, "Lady Liberty is standing a little taller and looking as beautiful as ever."

But that's not what the majority of the country thinks about yesterday's verdict, as evidenced by the massive surge in donations to the Trump campaign, a surge so big it broke the system.

People who never considered themselves political before were scrambling to donate to Trump after witnessing the travesty that took place in Judge Merchan's corrupt courtroom yesterday.

It's no wonder Senator Vance is calling for an investigation into Judge Merchan.

In the meantime, Xi Van Fleet, a survivor of Mao's cultural revolution in China, offered a warning for all of those who are cheering the guilty verdict for Trump:

"No one is safe under Communism, not even it's supporters!!!"

Of course the general consensus among the MAGA set is Trump's guilty verdict has only sealed what they expect will be a landslide victory come November.

Tucker Carlson on X posted this...AND I THINK DUFF AND YOU COMMUNISTS WHO ARE RUNNING CT-STAN INTO THE GROUND, HE MEANT YOU!

"Import the Third World, become the Third World. That’s what we just saw. This won’t stop Trump. He’ll win the election if he’s not killed first. But it does mark the end of the fairest justice system in the world. Anyone who defends this verdict is a danger to you and your family."
