• Connecticut Republican Assembly Endorses Matt Corey For U.S. Senate

    The Connecticut Republican Assembly held its 2024 special Convention on Sunday, July 28th, in conjunction with its summer family picnic. The CTRA state-wide delegates and those of the New Haven, Hartford and New London County Chapters convened to endorse a Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, between candidates Matt Corey and Gerry Smith, who will face off against Democrat incumbent Chris Murphy in November.

    CT Republican Assembly delegates voted to endorse Matt Corey.

    The CT Primary will be held Tuesday, August 13th, with early voting next week, August 5-11th.

    The Connecticut Republican Assembly, "The Republican Wing of the Republican Party" ™, promotes conservative principles, recruits and connects candidates in the state of Connecticut. It is chartered through the National Federation for Republican Assemblies, NFRA, a Republican political organization which began in California in 1935, and expanded to a national organization in 1996.
