What if you could see compelling evidence about how the political left manipulates by creating unnecessary fear in the public? Would you consider changing how you vote and encouraging others to do the same?
Fear is Complex
Fear is a primal emotion. It’s necessary for survival. It produces a natural biochemical response in our bodies and minds when we perceive threats. This natural reaction is often called the fight or flight response. It’s accompanied by an increased heart rate, breathing rate, and overall body tenseness.
The benefits of fear are a heightened sense of awareness and an increased ability to act quickly. Drawbacks include numerous health issues including chronic fatigue, headaches, high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes, and poor decision making.
There are different types of fear. It can be a feeling of dread caused by a terrifying situation which creates a fight or flight response. Fear can also solicit respect due to concern for possible negative consequences. For example, fear of the Lord can be healthy. The Bible says fear of the Lord leads to wisdom.
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” – Proverbs 9:10
The fear of judgment of God, eternal death, and eternal damnation motivates the true believer to follow God’s laws and God’s word (The Ten Commandments). The fear of the Lord motivates believers to seek the wisdom in the Bible and in its lessons. Knowledge of the Lord and His lessons leads us to act with wisdom.
Manipulation is Unhealthy Fear
Is creating unnecessary fear in others a sin? Likely yes, especially if the intent is to manipulate. The Bible shares a great deal about the danger of manipulation explaining how it’s a form of lying. In the Bible Satan is the “father of lies” (John 8:44) and Satan manipulated Eve in the Garden of Eden to influence original sin. Furthermore, the Bible warns us to be aware of wolves in sheep’s clothing (Matthew 10:16). Wolves in sheep’s clothing is the perfect metaphor for manipulation.
If speaking the truth in all matters is essential for success in life, then manipulating others with lies can create unnecessary fear and motivate others to act inappropriately and make poor decisions. Manipulation is a clear violation of the 8th commandment: “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.”
The Climate Crisis Manipulation
The left claims there is a climate crisis. It’s a hoax and manipulation based on computer models and not facts. The left claims CO2 is causing the globe to warm. This is unfounded. There is no connection to human industrial activity and the increase in CO2. Furthermore, there is no correlation between rising temperature and CO2 levels.
The Federal Government has invested billions to address this crisis hoax including offering incentives for the public to buy electric vehicles (EV). The Biden Administration issued Executive Orders for EV mandates. If the climate crisis is a hoax, all this investment has been a manipulation causing poor decisions and irreparable harm to the American people including increasing our already out of control $37 trillion debt.
Big Beautiful Bill Manipulation
Senator Schumer (minority leader) said, “WE’RE ALL GOING TO DIE” if this bill becomes law. Is this manipulation? Is it an exaggeration? Schumer claims Medicaid will be cut. There is no plan to “cut Medicaid” in the bill. Instead, waste, fraud, and abuse will be eliminated by making the program more fiscally sound, allowing it to serve those who need it most. The Congressional Budget Office does estimate 8.6 million people will lose this health insurance. 5 million were already due to sunset out. The balance losing coverage should never have been covered because they are non-citizens. These reductions are part of fraud and abuse.
Other Examples
There are numerous other examples. Here’s a few:
· We were told President Biden was mentally and physically sharp when he was mentally and physically compromised.
· The political left characterizes America as a racist country justifying protests.
· The government and President Biden claimed Covid-19 jab was safe and effective. Research shows it was from a Wuhan Lab, causes heart problems especially in young people, and causes immune system compromise.
· The leftist lies caused Robert Mueller to spend $30 million of our tax dollars on a false premise that Russia colluded with President Trump.
Summary
Telling lies and creating fear to manipulate ignorant voters seems to be the political left’s best strategy to maintain its power. Manipulation is a sin because it’s a violation of the 8th Commandment. Knowing this, are you willing to re-evaluate how you vote? Are you willing to share this with others?
