Sure, Connecticut moved up 8 spots in CNBC's 2023 Business Rankings to number 31, but that still means CT is in the bottom half of states! It comes in 43rd for Cost of Doing Business, 42nd for Economy, 34th for Cost of Living and 33rd for Infrastructure.
