Connecticut GOP Chair Ben Proto joined the Lee Elci show, and claimed that Donald Trump regretted saying the words "Fight, Fight, Fight" in the aftermath of the assassination attempt.
"He has said he regretted those words," Proto said. "He wished he had not said that at that moment in time."
Whenever the "Fight! Fight! Fight!" chant comes up, Proto said, "we try to get it to a more positive, um, chant. Go USA! Trump! Trump! You know, things along those lines."
Proto claims this is "more positive upbeat stuff" than the ultimate badass legendary "Fight! Fight! Fight!" that Trump said moments after nearly being assassinated.
But most people just don't believe Proto's story.
And instead are more than happy to "Fight! Fight! Fight!" as hard as they can to Make America Great Again!

Proto, you should learn how to fight, fight, fight! With you leading the Republican Party in CT, we have become the socialist vision of the democrat socialist party. Use your energy to Make Connecticut Great Again! All talk no action. Get a spine and fight for the people not special interests. Maybe you are too comfortable riding the democrat socialist, coattails. Open your eyes Proto your opposition isn’t playing politics that benefit the people. They are serious about complete social reform.
