Another "Emergency Protest For Trans Healthcare" Scheduled August 7th In New Haven

The socialists and communists are angry again about Yale New Haven Health's decision to end gender affirming care for children under the age of 19.

So a bunch of organizations are coming together for another "emergency protest" because they want to continue the gruesome practice of gender affirming care which harms confused children by mutilating their bodies through irreversible practices ranging from chest binders and puberty blockers to cross-sex hormones and surgeries.

Yes, these organizations actually believe children under the age of 19 are old enough to make decisions about their "gender" that can turn them into lifelong medical patients, cause them to develop cancers, and even sterilize them.

Of course these same children aren't old enough to get tattoos and body piercings, nor are they old enough to buy cigarettes or booze.

But children under the age of 19 making life-altering decisions about experimental transgender medical procedures?

Well, that is perfectly acceptable for these comrades, so be sure to #SayTheirNames:

• Party for Socialism and Liberation - a Marxist-Leninist political party that has been accused of "being cult-like in its organization methods and permitting sexual harassment and protecting sexual abusers"
• Act Up Connecticut - a Facebook group that rallies for LGBTQ+ / transgender care for kids and is linked to a NY group that wants to end AIDS
• Trans Haven - a Connecticut community entirely for trans people
• The Children of Marsha P. Johnson - a self-described "sanctuary for queer youth organizing in Connecticut" that promotes "banned books" and "queer youth camp"
• Connecticut City-Wide Youth Coalition - an "anti-racist sanctuary" for youth that uses "restorative justice, mental health, and the radical possibilities of joy as tools for transformation"
• The 4Cs SEIU 1973 - a local labor union
• Teamsters 1150 Pride Caucus - a local labor union where "every month is pride month"
• The American Federation of Teachers - the teachers union that is partnering with the World Economic Forum to develop a globalist curriculum for American schools
• Healthcare Workers for Palestine Connecticut - healthcare workers and allies in Connecticut who stand in solidarity with the liberation of Palestine
• New Haven Immigrant Coalition - one of those groups that likes to dox ICE agents
• MASGD - works to support, empower, and connect LGBTQ+ muslims
• Vivan Las Autónomas - a group dedicated to "addressing and disrupting femicide/patriarchal violence across CT"
• New Haven Pride Center - an LGBTQ+ organization that has partnered with providers of gender affirming care, including Anchor Health
• Connecticut Democratic Socialists of America - comrades working on "dismantling capitalist exploitation" and "organizing against intersecting forms of oppression"
• Jewish Voice for Peace New Haven - organizing Jews in New Haven and CT into "solidarity with the Palestinian freedom struggle" aka the party of Zohran Mamdani
• New Haven Federation of Teachers Local 933 - a local teachers union that is also affiliated with AFL-CIO
• Workers Voice - part of an international "revolutionary socialist organization"
• Revolutionary Communists of America - a party of class fighting communists fully "committed to the complete overthrow of capitalism" through tactics like, for instance, "militant class struggle"
• The Reach Fund - an NGO that funds abortions

Pastor Moriah Felder from Spring Glen UCC, an open and affirming congregation, and black trans Connecticut hip-hop artist Cuee will even be there.

Today's emergency protest comes after this past weekend's protest in Hartford where many of the same organizations answered the call from the Party for Socialism and Liberation to come out an rally IN FAVOR OF harming children.
