MAGA supporters from New York, Connecticut, and beyond gathered at Paladin Center in Putnam County, NY, this weekend to show their support for Donald Trump at an event organized by two fabulous ladies, Kristina DellaSorte and Denise Bassett.
There's nothing like rolling into a parking lot full of patriots, with tons of American flags and Trump banners flying in the air. Cars decorated with stickers and signs, some even sporting custom wrap jobs, all showing their support for their favorite president ever, Donald Trump.
Famed political commentator Dick Morris, also host of Democracy on Newsmax and the Dick Morris Radio Show on 77ABC am radio, rallied the troops in the lot on Saturday.
In 2020, Dick wrote the book, The Return, which predicted Trump's candidacy and forecast he would win the Republican nomination easily and return to the White House in 2024.
Morris explained how Trump's current 2-point lead should translate into an electoral college landslide.
He talked about how Trump is leading on all of the key issues -- immigration, inflation, crime and the economy -- but the Harris vote seems to be based on her personality. And in a contest of issues versus personality, Morris says issues always win.
Next up, the Chairman of the Putnam GOP, Andres Gil, talked about the importance of volunteering, making phone calls and knocking on doors. It's really the most effective way to reach voters.
Another great way to help is to work at the polls on election day as a paid volunteer.
Putnam County Executive Kevin Byrne took the mic next.
“As County Executive, I’ve stood up and will continue to stand up for law and order," said Byrne. "When it comes to illegal immigration, I’ll stand against any renewed effort from the radical Left to make Putnam County a ‘sanctuary county.’"
Byrne made it clear that Putnam County, NY, respects the rule of law, and declared Putnam County a "Rule of Law" County. And that's why when illegal aliens were wrongfully shipped to Byrne's town, they were sent back to New York City where they came from.
Last to speak, Michael Capalbo, the endorsed Republican candidate for New York State Assembly District 95, talked about how we need to fight as hard as possible during this election because, frankly, the election is not in the bag until all the votes are counted and we pass the finish line.
"Radical progressives are painting MAGA Republicans as trying to destroy democracy, which is the very thing they are doing themselves," said Capalbo. "Democrats' divisive rhetoric is what is dividing this nation. MAGA Republicans are the salt of the earth. They are the fabric that holds our society together. Their voices will be heard in November."

Kevin Byrne played the bagpipes as the car parade rolled out of the parking lot, not a dry eye in the place, and everyone energized to Fight, Fight, Fight!
The car parade winded its way through Putnam County and even managed to swing by the "Trump House" in Harrison, NY.
