Mark Cook is a 40+ year cybersecurity and IT professional with broad technical expertise spanning network architecture, forensics, penetration testing, root cause analysis of complex systems, software development, and data recovery.

After being granted early access to forensic images of voting systems, he dedicated himself full-time to analyzing and improving the integrity of America’s election ecosystem.

He is the founder of HandCountRoadShow.org.

Cook is working to ensure that elections accurately and verifiably represent the will of the people, hitting the road in May 2025 on another multi-year journey around the country.

His goal is to conduct personal visits with local Grass Roots, Election Officials, Commissioners, Sheriffs, and other Countywide and City officials to answer questions and provide suggestions on paths to reclaiming county control and fortifying the security, accuracy, and verifiability of each County’s upcoming Election.
