Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. (FVF) has uncovered significant irregularities in Connecticut’s voter rolls. FVF’s research revealed that 4,897 voters are double-registered and, in some cases, have egregiously double-voted. This finding spans 166 cities and towns across the state, prompting an urgent call for action to rectify these state and federal law violations.

In a detailed report provided to Governor Ned Lamont, Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas, and other key officials, FVF highlights the following critical findings:

• Twenty-five (25) voters are registered in more than two states.
• One hundred and five (105) voters have double-voted between 2016 and 2022.
• Fifteen (15) voters have double-voted in two or more states between two to four times since 2016.

According to FVF’s data analysis of the SOTS voter rolls (as of August 22, 2023), the National Change of Address (NCOA), and other data sources, these 4,897 registered voters are in violation of state and federal laws, including double voting, a felony in some cases.

FVF has formally challenged the eligibility of these voters and is calling on the Secretary of the State and the Registrar of Voters to review the supplied data and take appropriate action. Once the data is confirmed, FVF urges the complaint to be forwarded to the State Election Enforcement Agency (SEEC) for investigation.

Connecticut is currently in violation of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), 52 U.S.C. § 20507, and the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), which mandates that states maintain computerized statewide voter registration lists and regularly update them by the NVRA. 52 U.S.C. § 21083(a)(2)(A).

The comprehensive statewide list has also been provided to the 166 Registrars of Voters in Connecticut, Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz, Attorney General William Tong, Chief State’s Attorney Patrick Griffin, and other relevant parties. Redacted versions have been sent to both the Democratic and Republican parties in Connecticut. Three towns had no double-registered voters.
