Karen Bass, the most incompetent Mayor of Los Angeles ever, elected as Mayor likely by the also incompetent and totally rigged elections that rob citizens in California of a choice, allegedly wanted to pass the buck and fire her fire chief Kristen Crowley. Hired as a woman due to the DEI standard, that is the aura AND LAW of California leadership, not merit and competence. Karen Bass and leadership dropped the ball regarding reasonable funding and leadership that was needed for her to even do her job, DEI hire or not.

Rumors that narcissist Bass fired her in her ongoing attempt to defend her incompetence and toss the ball to another have been since walked back... but who knows what will happen come Monday! This is not leadership, this is the existential embodiment of incompetence and denial due to the enamored view of oneself above all else, a key definitive example of a narcissist driven leadership in Los Angeles at the top. Karen Bass’s action is an example of the personality flaw of narcissism of the highest degree. Her refusal to accept any responsibility whatsoever while passing the buck to include removal and firing of her own DEI hire Kristen Crowley is demonstrative of this personality flaw that is owned by Karen Bass. The same reaction she had at the airport after returning from Ghana and confronted with a SKY news reporter that was respectfully and journalistically on point asking for her remarks regarding the devastation unfolding in the city she was elected to command, also tells the story of her refusal to criticize herself for any of the events that have cost lives, property, and loss for so many.

The heart of a narcissist is a barren state of unaccountability. A person that shows no guilt expresses no sincere empathy and represents zero realization for how they themselves may have borne any responsibility. That is the essence of one empowered Karen Bass Mayor of Los Angeles.

Another great hair and articulate one, Gavin Newsom, who can’t wait to leave the responsibly for governing California, but is enamored by the thought of being President of the United States, is also wholly accountable, but would never admit any contempt.

The fact is Californians have been tortured by the liberal elitism that has sold them a narrative of appeal that is sheer idealism, and cost them the loss of common sense and basic leadership. This style of leadership has led to public officials presenting as unavailable when the time came for action. Leaders, no matter their inherent ideology or politics with no regard for the value of basic responsibility that the populous should expect to be employed at a time of great need. All the rest is noise.

The basics of running a city or a state have certain requirements that require a leader like Gavin Newsom or Karen Bass to be at least somewhat prepared to lead when a disaster strikes. If that level of competence, which I might add could be compared to most cashiers at your local Walmart could handle, does not exist. When you are dealing with a sheer idea log that has no business commanding a city or a state in the event of the reality of crisis, clearly you are at a loss. I kid you not with my comparison; most regular everyday working folks could have done a better job commanding the disaster that is still not over from unfolding in California. Where wildfires are a potential normal occurrence, it is inexcusable for fire hydrants to not have water, and even if mother nature dealt a blow that reasonably made that occurrence reality, there should be a plan b in place. This is an area on the Pacific Ocean, not to detract from the reservoir situation, but yet another fail-safe should be in place to divert ocean resources in the event of water system shut-down. It is about leadership, infra-structure and planning for events unimaginable that should be questioned of candidates on the ballot. Instead, people are forced to accept ineptitude, political ideology and “dreamers” to be in charge of real every day infrastructure, logistics, command of first responders and the like that is actually the most important qualification of the job for a mayor and a governor.

In my opinion Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom are the real story of failure here. Passing the buck to an underling who they hired due to DEI that was known to be not up for the job and then firing them to defend their own incompetence is the epitome of political cowardice.

In eight days we expect to have a real and powerful President at the helm again, the same who warned Gavin Newsom back in 2018 or so to do better forestry management and questioned reservoir diversion to preserve smelt fish and so forth to avoid or reduce the threat of an event like this in charge. I hope that President Trump requires better leadership as an expectation of the federal money that will surely be sent to California for this disaster. It would be better if he made sure all monies went directly to individual victims and not the California government to disperse. The government is clearly unworthy. What happened the money given to Western North Carolina as victims are thrown out of temporary housing back into tents?

Governance by narcissism and ideology rarely provides those governed with basic services but rather careens the populous into providing that which diverts money from the basics into the abyss of the “yellow submarine” dream of un-realistic dreams of a perfect society; that never has and never will exist outside of the dreams of those who refuse to accept reality for what it is.
