The Greenwich Board of Education meeting on Thursday night started off like most nights, with the Pledge of Allegiance.

However, it was anything but a normal meeting.

In fact, the last two BOE meetings were switched to "virtual meetings" after the Greenwich BOE Democrats decided to illegally install their own candidate (a RINO) in the open seat designated for Republicans that was vacated by former BOE Chair Karen Kowalski, a real Republican.

Immediately after reciting the Pledge, Republican BOE member and BOE Secretary Wendy Vizzo Walsh asked for a simple "point of order" to take attendance.

Walsh named all of the BOE members - Karen Hirsh (here), Kathleen Stowe (here), Laura Kostin (here), Sophie Koven (here), Cody Kittle (absent), Michael-Joseph "Mike" Mercanti-Anthony (here), and herself.

"And Mr. Cappiali," said Walsh. "I don't see him. He did request a link, and he is a member of this Board."

The Democrats started shaking their heads in defiance, interrupting Walsh as she tried to speak.

Jen Behette, who was illegally installed by the Dems in a sham "emergency" meeting last month, asked that her attendance be recorded as well.

"I will record that you are here," said Walsh to Behette. "But unless you can provide me with some certification from the Town..." continued Walsh before being interrupted by Acting BOE Chair Hirsh, who scolded, "this is not the time nor place to discuss and adjudicate this."

Walsh calmly responded to the interruption by clarifying that she is the Secretary and has to follow proper procedure for her role, but Hirsh admonished Walsh once again about "adjudicating" the issue over the allegedly illegal appointment of Behette and the on-going legal proceedings initiated over the Democrat stunt.

"That's not what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to record who is here, and who should be here, legally," said Walsh, who calmly explained that "as far as she was concerned" Behette should be recorded as a "guest" at the meeting, and not a sitting member of the Board.

Hirsh once again insisted the illegal appointment wouldn't be "adjudicated" in this meeting.

"I would appreciate if you would please send Mr. Cappiali a link to the meeting because he is a member of the Board," said Walsh.

Hirsh dismissively said she had already sent Cappiali "a response," seemingly to admit that she denied bona fide member Cappiali access, and then quickly turned the meeting over to Superintendent Toni Jones to present the budget.

Cappiali never once appeared on screen during the meeting while the allegedly illegally installed Behette remained for the duration of the meeting.

    Karen.

    Needs a comeuppance.

    All of them.

So, who will give it to her?

She must be shamed and ridiculed out of her arrogance, out of her entitlement, out of her pseudo-intellect, out of her fake credentials, and out of her unwarranted leverage.

You put together an insightful report.

Yet no one wants to face its truth.
