A teacher who allegedly works at Kennelly School, a PreK-8 Community School that is part of Hartford Public Schools, recorded a video about Pride day, how important his "queer power" is, and how he shows up like this 180 days a year in front of children.

He's proud, in fact, to show children something they have never seen before.

Just to remind you, this is a school with children in Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. That means children as young as 4 years old walk the halls here.

We reached out to Kennelly Principal June Cahill for a comment, but she deferred to Hartford Public Schools (HPS) Communications Department.

The HPS spokesperson, Julie Skrobak, also declined to comment, though neither Skrobak nor Cahill denied the authenticity of the video.

Do parents in Hartford support normalizing queer power to schoolchildren?
