The Black Lives Matter 860 Group in Hartford, CT, runs a pretty controversial social media account, but mocking the assassination attempt on Donald Trump marks a new low.
BLM 860, allegedly run by Ivelisse Correa, said on X, "I legitimately don’t care about what happens to that man" after Trump was shot.
This was followed by a serious of insensitive comments about the shooting, calling it "extremely underwhelming" and even talking about funding a "commissary" account had the shooter been captured alive.
BLM 860 even called the assassination attempt "karma after telling people to 'get over' the shooting death of a 6th grader" and included a meme with Melania Trump photoshopped into an image from the Butler rally.
While agreeing with many who believe the shooting was an inside job, BLM 860 suggests the reason the shooter is dead is because of negligence, and further joked that "Antifa wouldn't have missed..."
But perhaps the most insensitive tweet to come from BLM 860 is the picture of keychains showing Shinzo Abe, John F. Kennedy and Donald Trump, connected together by the locations where they were each shot.
The radical views shared on BLM 860's X account are at odds with statements made by the Connecticut delegation in Washington, DC, Gov. Ned Lamont, and scores of other politicians on both sides of the aisle.
Meanwhile, Hartford has featured a Black Lives Matter mural painted on Trinity Street since 2020. There was an uproar when the mural was defaced with a swastika after it was repainted in 2023.
The Left are violent cowards.
