Teachers Sue NYC And Teachers Union For More Than $100 Million

I am part of a group of 51 teachers who are suing NYC and our union for more than $100 million because we were fired for refusing to comply with the 2021 Covid-19 vaccine mandate. Recently we had oral arguments in a New York State Supreme Court and we are awaiting that decision. The case in Miraglia et al. v. NYC et al., and here is what went down in court:
