An organization that champions medical freedom “for every individual” reports that more than 17,000 physicians and scientists have called for the removal of the mRNA COVID shots from the marketplace through its petition.
Americans for Health Freedom, whose mission is to “encourage and educate the public and our representatives to champion medical freedom for every individual,” touts as well that, as of February 5, 289 elected officials, 53 candidates, 1 Surgeon General, 1 state Republican party, 1 state congressional district, 17 Republican Party county committees and 7 physician organizations” have pledged to call for the COVID shots to be pulled off the market and to refuse donations to their campaigns from pharmaceutical companies.
Mary Talley Bowden, M.D., the founder and president of Americans for Health Freedom, is a board-certified otolaryngologist, sleep medicine specialist, and founder of BreatheMD. She has a direct-care ENT practice in Houston where she has treated over 6,000 COVID-19 patients.
A senior fellow with the Independent Medical Alliance, Bowden also serves on the board of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation.
After Houston Methodist Hospital suspended her clinical privileges, claiming she was spreading misinformation, Bowden resigned and sued the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its social media and website campaign against ivermectin.
In March 2024, the case reached a settlement whereby the FDA agreed to remove its comments critical of the use of ivermectin to treat the COVID-19 virus.
During a recent episode of her podcast “On Call,” Bowden and cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough discussed vaccine injuries from the COVID shots.
“Have any of the patients that you have seen for injuries, have any of them been reported to VAERS [Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System ] by other providers?” Bowden asked.
“No, no. I’m always the person who reports it to VAERS,” McCullough responded. “Sometimes I’ve had a very good patient report themselves … but I do the reporting to VAERS, and we’re up to 19,500 deaths in VAERS.”
“These are American citizens,” McCullough continued, “the vast majority reported by doctors … who have determined the vaccine is a cause of death.”
In June, Bowden also appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
