Honorable, efficient, and expedited reinstatement, re-accession, and reconciliation of military records is a top priority for the Department of the Navy (DON). Pursuant to the references, this ALNAV recognizes and reinforces an expedited pathway to return to service for former Service Members who were unjustly discharged or departed from service solely for their refusal to receive the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine. In accordance with the references, these measures will be expedited to mitigate injustices of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
