Medical Mandates And The Battle For Freedom

There are five states that do not allow for a religious, moral, or personal objection, to vaccines. Last Friday I spoke with attorney Brian Festa, founder of We The Patriots USA. Brian has been fighting for medical freedom for the last decade and was inspired to help create, We The Patriots USA, a nonprofit organization that is a legal means to take back these inalienable rights.

Our country was founded on religious freedom, but in the 21st century we find ourselves at the mercy of mandated medical products. As Brian said, mandated by zip code. I spoke with Brian about a case being fought by We The Patriots in the state of Maine on behalf of child who refused mandated vaccines required to attend public school. Maine eliminated the religious exemption in 2019. The public school expelled the child for noncompliance, and is now threatening the arrest of his father for truancy!

We The Patriots USA is pursuing an injunction on appeal to the 2nd circuit. This case could reach the Supreme Court, if it does it could restore religious freedom in the five states that have trampled over this right.

We also briefly discuss trial by jury in the aftermath of the Linsey Clancy murder trial.
