Kamala is headed to Connecticut on September 27th to shake the coconut trees in Salisbury with some of Connecticut's famous residents, including actor Sam Waterston from Law & Order, actress Jane Curtin from the original Saturday Night Live cast, and literary agent Lynn Nesbit who has represented authors like Ronan Farrow, Robert Caro and the late Tom Wolfe.

According to the Hartford Courant, Gov. Ned Lamont is hosting the event and more than 40 people are named on the host committee. Hosts reportedly shelled out $15,000 per couple, and co-hosts paid $10,000 per couple. A limited number of cheap seats at $1,000 each are also available.

The money is being raised for the Harris Victory Fund which can accept contributions up to $926,000 for individuals and $410,000 for PACs.

The last big democrat Presidential fundraiser in Connecticut this year took place in Greenwich on June 3rd, when President Joe Biden came to the home of Richard Plepler, the former CEO of HBO. The invitation indicated the funds would go toward the Biden Victory Fund.

The minimum requirement to be named on the Greenwich invitation for Biden was a $100,000 contribution for hosts and $50,000 for co-hosts. Photos with Biden set people back $30,000. Special seating, which was reportedly sold out, cost $10,000 while the cheap seats cost a mere $3,300.

A month and a half after the Greenwich fundraiser, Biden was dumped by Democratic party elites in a coup, and replaced by Kamala, even though democrats didn't vote for her.

Is that why the ask to join the Kamala host committee is so much smaller than the ask for the Biden event?
