Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont announced that the Covid-19 emergency declaration will finally end in the state as of May 11, 2023, coinciding with the White House and World Health Organization announcements to end the pandemic.
That’s just 1,147 days after he issued Executive Order 7H — The Protection of Public Health and Safety During Covid 19-Pandemic and Response — which directed all non-essential businesses and not-for-profit entities in the state to prohibit all in-person functions, effective Monday, March 23, 2020.
Despite the pandemic being officially declared over, Lamont continued sow fear over covid and pushed toxic covid shots.
“Ending the COVID-19 public health emergency declaration does not mean that the virus has been eradicated… stay home when you’re sick, get vaccinated and boosted…” Lamont said.
CT Department of Public Health Commissioner Manisha Juthani, echoed Lamont’s sentiments, calling for residents to still "get vaccinated, get the updated vaccine, use at-home tests” even though covid vaccines have already resulted in 74 death reports and 11,713 adverse event reports in Connecticut according to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
Juthani even suggested that people wear "high-quality masks” when viruses are circulating despite the ample evidence that shows masks do not work for this purpose.
The announcement also noted that covid testing, vaccinations and therapeutics (e.g., Paxlovid, Lagevrio) would be transferring to “traditional health care coverage” and may be covered in full or in part by insurers. Mobile vaccination centers will end on June 20, 2023.
Shortly after Lamont’s announcement, CT Congressman Jim Himes issued a statement about the end to the pandemic, promising that the Biden Administration would transition covid vaccines and therapeutics to the private market by the fall of 2023.
Himes called covid vaccines “life-saving” but that certainly wasn’t the case for the 74 people in CT who died after taking a covid vaccine, nor is it true for the thousands upon thousands of others who have been injured, sometimes permanently, from these experimental vaccines.
Anyone still pushing covid vaccines at this point needs to be held accountable for their actions, especially since covid vaccines are neither safe nor effective, and can in fact be deadly.
