The Voting Moms chimed in at this late stage in the election cycle to endorse Kamala because the "right" for women to kill their own babies is so very important to them (aka "women’s reproductive freedoms"), that they just couldn't keep their own promise to stay out of national politics—even though abortion is already decided law in Connecticut.
To say that "abortion rights are human rights" is about the most hypocritical and absurd thing we've ever heard, especially since an abortion takes away the rights of at least one, albeit very tiny and innocent, human.
And abortion is really the most important national issue for them in this election?
Not the wide open borders and rising crime levels? Not the fact that people can barely afford to pay for electric and food at the same time? Not the toxins in our food, water and pharmaceuticals? But abortion? That's the issue worth fighting for more the most?
"We have heard many make the case for women’s rights on the sports field and as it relates to transgender athletes," say the desperate Moms. "We say — if you care about that cause, if you care that girls may be losing agency in athletics, then you must likewise care that she not lose agency over her body."
Ironically the Moms never gave a damn when women lost agency over their bodies during covid, and were forced to take dangerous, experimental shots in order to participate in sports, or work for that matter. They also never gave a damn about losing the religious exemption to vaccination in the state, either, another assault on women’s rights.
Forget about that hypocrisy, because the Moms want you to instead fear "Project 2025"... even though it's not Trump's actual plan and just the propaganda narrative being stuffed down your throats by the failing mainstream media and their surrogates, like the Voting Moms.
Not a single person is surprised that the RINO who once led the RTC is voting for Kamala, too.
We got a good chuckle out of that NPR article, too.
It was also not a surprise to see the candidate Quigley picked for Board of Education a few years ago side with Kamunism either, especially considering his history of contributing to Biden and positioning himself as a "bipartisan" kinda guy who opposes "extremists" like those of us MAGA "garbage" types.
Of course it was a bit of a surprise that Mercanti-Anthony felt compelled this late in the game to publicly lob in his formal endorsement for Kamala. The timing is indeed curious.
Especially since not a single person asked him to give a formal public endorsement for the presidential race.
Instead, it seems he felt compelled to respond to a call to action "for republicans in public office to endorse Harris for President" made by one of the most left-wing progressives in town.
In fact he was so eager to prove his uniparty credentials that Mercanti-Anthony was the first "republican" (and we say that with a very small "r") to take up the challenge from Perloe, who also spends a lot of time advocating for gun control.
Gee, whatever are we to read into that, Mr. Mercanti-Anthony?
Are you lining up democrat support so you can get picked to be our next BOE chair this week?
Are you maybe getting a little tired of the commute and thinking about how much easier life would be if you had a bigger job much closer to home? Like the kind of job that would require "bipartisan" support in order to land?
Why else would you, as an elected republican official, decide to work against your very own party just days before the election? How weird.
