This is the biggest taking of local control by Hartford and shoves “as of right” development and housing mandates into your back yard. This is 100 percent Developer Driven under the guise of the “Needs of Homeless Persons.”
Parking and traffic are unbearable in Connecticut and local zoning attempts to preserve the landscape while planning for a town’s needs. Well, we don’t need Hartford to tell us.
HB 5002 just showed you that Hartford rules with Lamont as its ruler.
