Those in-the-know know that gender clinic whistleblower Jamie Reed fired up folks earlier this year in late January across the US and internationally. She spoke out in testimony in defense of under-18s targeted by the trans medical profit lobby, opportunist-politicians, radicals and other minions.
Reed said, "To the young people in this room who have been sold the lie of trans: you are resilient and strong. You do not need medications to change your body. You should not have to lose any body parts, risk medical harms, and change anything about yourself to be embraced and accepted."
"Fight back with everything you have," she concluded in her 4-minute testimony, on video below.
It wouldn't be a stretch to say that Reed's testimony fired up my own testimonies the following months. The energy continued just a week later learning that Jamie was actually flying in from her base, St. Louis, to testify in Hartford!
Her call to "fight back with everything you have" partly resulted in my rolling out the CT Dem Dildogate scandal in testimony, which is among the most-read articles at the Connecticut Centinal and continues to shock the country. In my last testimony in the spring session against yet another radical trans bill, I refused to take questions, seeing no point in engaging with, as stated, "morally bankrupt Democrats."
This I said as a former lifelong leftie for 40 years until 2022.
This unsettled the super-majority Dem committee co-chair and put him into a tailspin. Good!

Next steps
While there have been rock-solid advances against trans medical for under-18s since January, firm federal and state laws still need to be proposed and passed for the long-term. As Reed has said, "Fight back with everything you have."
