The Easton Democrats just announced they are recruiting children to package kits of anti-ICE whistles to send to their friends in Bridgeport.

"Help protect local communities from the abuses of ICE," said the Facebook made by the Easton Democrats. "Join together and pack whistle kits at the Easton Public Library on April 12th. Volunteers 12 and up are welcome with an adult."

The event is described as "non-partisan" which is utter nonsense considering only one party in this country is opposed to enforcing federal immigration laws.

Also, only one party would think to put a dozen Marxist fists onto a single flyer.

The "work," which requires at least 40 volunteers, will take place at Easton Public Library on April 12th.

The sign-up sheet for "Whistle Mania" indicates the Easton Democrats "raised enough for 7,000 whistle kits" and just need some help to assemble them.

So why not recruit some 12-year-olds to join the "hands-on community work party"?

Because everyone knows that children under the age of 12 just can't handle the "repetitive work" of "folding, stuffing, and organizing."

A GoFundMe fundraiser, that appears to be linked to Whistle Mania, has been promoted by Easton resident Emily Hamlin, who indicated she purchased supplies for 8,500 whistle kits -- "more than 4x" her original goal.

"In Bridgeport, where many families are increasingly afraid to leave their homes, access to safety tools and information can make a real difference," wrote Hamlin. "Whistles work because they turn silence into action. A whistle alerts nearby neighbors to ICE activity and invites collective response."

Hamlin indicated that kits include "a whistle + lanyard so people can carry their whistle with their keys or wear it around their neck, bilingual information about whistles as a community alert system, a Know Your Rights card, and a card with information about how to report federal government action (including ICE activity) in Connecticut."

While the fundraiser shows donations are paused, Hamlin received 70 donations, and added that surplus funds would go to Make the Road CT, an organization that supports illegal aliens and wants to abolish ICE -- or for another round of whistle kits.
