Some other thoughts on the one year anniversary - of October 7th
Right now as I write this, the sky is crying for Israel and for the world as we are in one of the most charged climates of hate that I have experienced in my lifetime. A beautiful music festival last year ended in a tragedy with an unfathomable aftermath. Hostages (including American Hostages) are still not free. As the days go on, fewer survivors remain.
Israel has been forced to expand its defense on multiple battlefront and go on the offensive. During the Jewish holidays, Israel has been under attack and the success of the Iron Dome has been truly remarkable.
Yet here in America, our society, our civilization, and our way of life has been under attack. Our universities have been taken over, our streets have been occupied, and support for Hamas has increased and for the Palestinian resistance. In general, hatred towards Jews has only increased.
It is a historic time in America as we are at a crossroads with the upcoming election. Do we continue down the same path or do Americans like you make a difference?
The future of democracy is in your hands.
The future of our freedom is in your hands.
The future of America’s position on Israel is in your hands.
Today, one year later if you’re asking yourself what you can do the answer is simple
What if you do not care about Israel?
We get emails that Israel is not important and if that is your belief, please remember the following Americans held hostage while America has been not as supportive as it should be to bring them home:
Edan Alexander
Sagui Dekel-Chen
Omer Neutra
Keith Siegel

Let’s make this anniversary an opportunity to unite to stand up against hate, to heal this state, our country and our allies.
