    Easton, Redding and Weston Residents,

Vote for Chris Peritore for the 135th
    District, Easton, Redding & Weston

We are in need of better representation in House District 135. One whose values reflect ours.

A representative who will look at the well being of all citizens irrespective of political party, diversity or religion. One who will vote on laws according to the Constitution to protect our Rights, preserve local control of our land, and protect the water, families, education and safety

The incumbent Anne Hughes, cut her political teeth on efforts for the Working Families Party ("WFP"), including a fete at her "estate" in Easton.

In 2020, Hughes said that she and her caucus hoped to focus on addressing climate change, including a “Green New Deal” for Connecticut, as well as police accountability, ...

In fact, she celebrated the vote for Police Accountability Act, HB 6004, which eroded statutes meant to protect the citizenry of Connecticut.

In 2022 she was a sponsor for HB 5272 the menstrual products bill which led to menstrual products in boys restrooms being slid into the budget bill.

In 2024 she sponsored and or voted on in her Committee on the following: HB 5004, Climate Change; HB 5485, Green Energy EV's, bill Sponsor; SB 414 Labor Equity in state employment; HB5371 study maximizing HUSKY to all uninsured under 19 regardless of income or immigration status.

Additionally, she reportedly was going to testify on HB 5333 on affordable housing appeals to protect our Easton watershed property, modifying 8-30g. Somehow she didn't.

Lastly, when our summer electric bills came in with astronomical increases and the new 'Public Benefits' category, she was another one of the Democrats who refused to Petition the governor for a Special Session to remediate the socialist fee.

It's time. Vote for Chris Peritore.

Chris will represent the People of Easton well and work restore security and prosperity to us.
