In their continuing efforts to establish a system of radical-left indoctrination in the Westport Public Schools, the Administration led by Superintendent Thomas Scarice is now partnering with Panorama Education to conduct a survey to identify “opportunities to improve the learning environment and school experiences.”

Panorama Education is the same company that was put in the spotlight when Attorney General Garland sent a memo to the Director of the FBI asking to investigate “threats of violence” to school administrators and board-of-education members. His son-in-law, Xan Tanner is a co-founder, and was president from 2012 to 2020.

The decision by the Westport School District to work with Panorama, follows other attempts to justify the introduction of un-American ideologies into the public school system. A year ago, NYU’s Metro Center, a well known proponent of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in educational settings, was contracted to prepare an Equity Study, introducing race-based analysis in the definition of the schools’ strategic plans.

Judging by the questions of the new Panorama Survey, which was sent to parents, teachers, and students as young as 8-year olds, there is a clear attempt to classify everybody based on expanded definitions of gender, race, and national origin. The survey even asks the teachers how they would deal with students of different religious backgrounds or different body weights.

As with the Equity Study, these classifications are then used to pseudo analyze the data collected and declare that the School District has a ‘problem’ of equity of outcomes, as a justification to introduce changes in line with the doctrine of CRT.

For more than a year, however, concerned parents in Westport have been able to diffuse the ideological bomb brought in by the Superintendent with his Equity Study. Now they feel well prepared to face the attack on American principles that will come from the report of survey results by Panorama Education.
