Dr. Marty Makary just said out loud what we have known for years about Lyme Disease.

"I can tell you with a high degree of probability it came from Lab 257 on Plum Island, just outside of Connecticut, 25 miles from Lyme, Connecticut, where the first case was described," said Makary.

How does he know that?

"First of all, you can read the book Bitten, and it's a great book. When the Nazi war criminal doctors were executed in Nuremberg, at least one of them was spared and brought to the United States so that he could, you know, his mind could be used by the US military for so-called biodefense," explained Makary. "And they put him on Plum Island. And he had said very openly that he believed an incredible form of biowarfare was infecting ticks. And that that's what Lyme disease is."

Makary went on to suggest that only about 1% of doctors know the truth about Lyme Disease and where it originated.

That's why so many people are left to suffer with scores of misdiagnoses and useless treatments that never actually heal people from this cruel and debilitating disease.

In fact, we already told you about the long list of conditions that Lyme Disease can cause — nearly 400 and counting — and that's all based on published research found in the NIH National Library of Medicine database, PubMed.

This is not an exhaustive list, as there are a number of organizations and doctors that provide help to those suffering (e.g, Dr. Rawls, Bay Area Lyme Foundation, Global Lyme Alliance  LymeDisease.org, PA  Lyme Alliance, Project Lyme).

But that should be enough to get you started.
