"We just won Missouri v. Biden," Senator Eric Schmitt said on X on Tuesday.

"As Missouri’s Attorney General, I sued the Biden regime for brazenly colluding with Big Tech to silence Missouri families — censoring the truth about COVID, the Hunter Biden laptop, the open border, and the 2020 election," he continued. "They tried to turn Facebook, X, YouTube, and the rest into their private speech police, labeling dissent “misinformation” while they pushed their narrative on the American people."

The 10-year, court-enforceable consent decree directly binds the Surgeon General, the CDC, and CISA.

"No more threats of legal, regulatory, or economic punishment. No more coercion. No more unilateral direction or veto of platform decisions to remove, suppress, deplatform, or algorithmically bury protected speech," explained Schmitt. "This is the first real, operational restraint on the federal censorship machine."

US Attorney General Pam Bondi said the settlement was a "key step in undoing those abuses of the First Amendment, especially against conservative media."

It wasn't just the Biden Admin that coerced social media companies to stifle free speech. Connecticut's very own attorney general was front and center in these efforts, as well.

Years ago, we submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the Office of Connecticut Attorney General Willam Tong to obtain records related to Tong's efforts to pressure social media companies into restricting free speech during covid.

The response we received on April 17, 2023, included 20 items -- emails and documents -- a number of them duplicates.

Here's what it contained:

• A September 3, 2020, email from Mark Zuckerberg forwarded to "AGs" that lays out a warning about "voting challenges" as a result of Covid. Zuck promised the 2020 election would not be "business as usual" and indicated Facebook was "running the largest voting information campaign in American history." He referenced the $300 million he and his wife injected into the election -- aka "Zuckbucks" -- cash that directly benefitted elections in Greenwich. Zuck laid out all of the ways in which Facebook would "combat misinformation" and what not for the AGs.

• A March 24, 2021, letter about "vaccine disinformation on Facebook and Twitter" from Connecticut Attorney General William Tong to Jack Dorsey / Twitter and Zuckerberg / Facebook. In the letter Tong asserted that a "small group of individuals" used social media to "downplay the dangers of COVID-19 and spread misinformation about the safety of vaccines." He said that "anti-vaxxers" specifically targeted "people of color and Black Americans." Tong pressured Jack and Zuck to "take immediate steps" to eliminate alleged "vaccine misinformation" and "fraudulent information about coronavirus vaccines."

• A March 24, 2021, press release in which Tong announced the pressure campaign. Tong wrote, “COVID vaccines only work if people actually get them. Pseudoscience coronavirus conspiracy theories peddled by a small number of uninformed anti-vaxxers have reached tens of millions of social media followers. These posts are in flagrant violation of Facebook and Twitter policies. Facebook and Twitter must fully and immediately enforce their own policies, or risk prolonging this pandemic.”

• A cover letter to U.S. Representatives Pallone, McMorris Rodgers, Doyle, Latta, Schakowsky and Bilirakis regarding the letter to Jack and Zuck on the alleged vaccine disinformation. It included a letter from Tong and a group of AGs to the Representatives, indicating their concern "about the role of social media platforms in enabling the spread of vaccine misinformation." The AGs pressured the Representatives to hold Jack and Zuck accountable, and ensure that vaccine disinformation is removed from their social media platforms.

• A letter Tong and his AG coalition sent to Zuck on October 13, 2021, upset that alleged "vaccine disinformation" from the “Disinformation Dozen” had been allowed to continue under a project called "XCheck." The Tongfare coalition alleged that Facebook was "undermining" efforts to curb "vaccine disinformation" and connect "users with factual COVID-19 information." The coalition issued a list of questions to Zuck and demanded he share Facebook's policies, terms and conditions concerning protecting users from "false or misleading content."

• The October 14, 2021, press release about Tong's "XCheck" pressure campaign. Tong said, "Facebook broke its promise to rid its platform of dangerous anti-vaccination disinformation. We’ve learned now that Facebook has two sets of rules—one for the rich and powerful, and one for everyone else. Facebook needs to come clean about its XCheck program and disclose whether it has granted special whitelist protection to reckless influencers peddling COVID-19 lies.”

The kicker is that most people now realize the "anti-vaxxers" were right to warn people.

Covid vaccines caused numerous children to develop myocarditis / pericarditis, including at least 18 teenagers in Connecticut -- one of whom died from vaccine-induced myocarditis.

Then there are the turbo cancers; hidden deaths; increased mortality rates; negative impacts on pregnancy; links to asthma, Alzheimer's, strokes; the nine pages of adverse effects that Pfizer wanted to hide, and the list goes on and on.

Greenwich Patriots tried to warn people about these risks -- we even hired an LED sign truck -- because we knew that truthful information about covid vaccines was being censored on social media thanks to activist AGs like Tong.

Tong is still doing Big Pharma's bidding on the vaccine agenda to this very day with his outrageous bill SB 450... which Matt Ritter said yesterday "will pass" in quite possibly the most disgusting, disgraceful press conference we've ever seen.

That bill would basically rewrite the law in order to undermine Attorney Lindy Urso's challenge to the removal of the religious exemption to the childhood vaccination schedule. The bill also says that enforcing the state's immunization requirements doesn't count as a violation of anyone's religious freedoms.

So much for freedom of religion!

Tong is going to be hanging out in front of the Board of Education building on Greenwich Avenue this Saturday at 2pm, screaming about the more than 50 lawfare challenges he’s launched against the Trump Admin “because there are no kings” in Connecticut... except Vaccine Kings like Tong.
