On October 12, 2026, the UN General Assembly adopted a Political Declaration on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response. The vote was 153 in favor, 3 against, and 2 abstentions. The United States, Israel, and Argentina voted no; New Zealand and Paraguay abstained.
The declaration, which previously failed to pass by consensus at a September 25 high-level meeting, is technically non-binding—but that doesn't make it harmless.

Instead, it institutionalizes the exact same priorities deployed during the COVID plandemic, prioritizing manufacturing speed over rigorous clinical proof and managed information over open debate.
Specifically, it demands heavy investments in regional research, development, and production to unleash “safe, quality, effective, equitable, affordable and accessible” vaccines, treatments, and diagnostics within the first 100 days of a perceived pandemic threat. This reckless 100-day target treats compressed vaccine development timelines as a victory rather than a safety risk.
Under the declaration, governments are directed to “take measures to counter and address the negative effects of misinformation, disinformation, including countering vaccine hesitancy.” That means you can expect more state-sponsored propaganda masquerading as "education, literacy and awareness" designed to manufacture trust in compromised "public health systems and authorities." The document further weaponizes "infodemic management" and demands a draconian “whole-of-government, whole-of-society” response.
Gee, what could possibly go wrong?
During the COVID era, combatting "vaccine hesitancy” meant aggressively suppressing signals of myocarditis in young people, burying the reality that mRNA shots never stopped transmission, and hiding the nine pages of horrific adverse effects Pfizer tried to lock away for 75 years. Anyone exposing these facts was immediately stigmatized, smeared as a purveyor of disinformation, and algorithmically censored. Yet, questioning the safety, efficacy, or necessity of an experimental medical intervention isn't disinformation—it is basic due diligence. The phrase "informed consent" is entirely absent from the declaration.
Furthermore, the declaration explicitly welcomes the World Health Organization's (WHO) Pandemic Agreement and its sweeping amendments to the International Health Regulations. It highlights an estimated $15 billion annual financing gap, demands aggressive digital surveillance, and repeatedly invokes "equity" and "solidarity." Ultimately, it aims to reverse the decline in global health spending and keep the unelected globalists at the WHO lavishly well-funded.

The U.S. rightly rejected the declaration, calling out its blatant disregard for national sovereignty and its attempts to trap nations into half-baked WHO compliance schemes, including the controversial Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing system. The U.S. delegation also blocked the UN's aggressive push to inject gender ideology and radical comprehensive sexuality education—agendas that actively undermine parental authority and harm children.

Non-binding UN declarations do not automatically impose legal mandates in Connecticut or anywhere else. They do, however, normalize a dangerous global narrative that the only "correct" response to the next declared emergency is warp-speed vaccine development, total surveillance, and state-sponsored propaganda to counter “vaccine hesitancy" in favor of the globalist's preferred narrative.
This UN declaration is proof that the COVID playbook is being codified into a set of best practices rather than being discarded as a failure. And you can bet your bottom dollar that King Ned and the Democrat supermajority ruling Connecticut will side with the globalists over your freedom—they did it before, and they will surely do it again.

P.S. We still have several Freedom of Information (FOI) requests outstanding to gain insight into certain COVID-era curiosities—like, for instance, how Annie Lamont's SEMA4 made so much cash off the plandemic with that no-bid contract. Allegedly, we should be getting results over the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
