Parents at Judson Elementary School in Watertown, Connecticut, were taken by surprise when a Class Parent volunteer shared a survey that requested the "preferred pronouns" for students.

Mind you, most third graders are just 8 years old, so the "preferred pronoun" question really caught parents by surprise.

This appears to be an isolated incident, according to the school.

Steps are already being taken to address the situation by the school, though the Principal declined to comment on what exactly those steps might be.
