Westport recently held a vigil to show support for The Jewish State after the recent terror attacks, and to promote the return of Jewish hostages from Gaza.
It's been three weeks since the horrific murders of over a thousand Jews in Israel by Hamas. (How the incident was 'allowed' to happen is another issue altogether).
Since that time, information and video has been released of beheadings, killing babies in the crib, violent rapes of young girls, and other forms of torturing Jews to death.
It's also been weeks since it became obvious, that in addition to admitting to being 'trained Marxists', Black Lives Matter supported the murders in Israel (information was also released in court deposition that George Floyd did not die of asphyxiation, but of fentanyl overdose).
Yet, Westport still celebrates Hamas, a murderous, terrorist organization that brags about killing innocents, by supporting their BLM enablers.
Westport First Selectman Jen Tooker came out against Republican BOE candidates for the the upcoming election, who are trying to remove the focus on cultural Marxism in the schools which fosters this hatred, by calling them uncivilized. But she still allows the BLM plaque to remain in the town hall.
Why is this?
She could have removed it a year ago, or right after the Israeli murders, but she didn't.
Here it is still hanging in the town hall, today.
The cognitive dissonance in Westport is palpable.
When will societal leaders in Westport find the courage to admit ingrained ideologies that lead to hatred, violence, and murder, need to be confronted?
We have a suggestion for Jen Tooker -- stop projecting on Republicans what those you support are actually doing!
The extremists are not the Republicans, you are worshipping the 'uncivilized' in your town hall.
These people obviously have adamschitt for brains.
BLM = Burn-Loot-Murder. They are a terrorist organization.
These children have sawdust for brains. The Palestinians are a cancer across the Middle East, Europe and the United States. Why won't the Jordanians and Egyptians take them? They know better. When they wouldn't admit them, they invaded Lebanon across open borders and destroyed that country. Ask the Christians in Lebanon, The Palestinians started setting up illegal roadblocks, asked for ID cards (which include their religion), ordered them to get out of their cars, then shot the Christians.
