I wanted to reach out to Dan Woog of Westport's 06880 and say thank you for the recent publicity for our new publication in Connecticut, The Connecticut Centinal.
Although I think it was meant to be a hit piece, the article was actually fair and balanced and gave an honest recount of my recent appearance on Steve Bannon's War Room.
We appreciate Woog calling attention to the Centinal (spelled in one 1800's version of the word), which we resurrected from CT's revolutionary history, after much research.
Our goal is to bring honest and accurate news, no matter where the truth lands. At CDMedia we have been very critical of the GOP for instance in different jurisdictions (They hate us in Georgia with The Georgia Record).
Yes, we are editorially for 'America First', but that includes now over half of Hispanics, and large percentages of other minorities. We are two thirds of the nation.
Dan, you did make one mistake however -- in the comments, you called me hateful. You have no factual evidence of that Dan.
I am requesting a retraction of that comment from you Dan.
I do hate hurting children, if that is what you mean. I do hate the destruction of American values like free markets, free speech, and freedom of assembly, religion.
You should know, I have two biracial children. My father as a minister marched in Mississippi with civil rights leaders and received death threats from the KKK. That was real racism, not the garden variety cultural Marxist style we have today.
I served in the U.S. armed forces and we did not care about the color of your skin, we cared if you had each other's back.
And for the record, showing inappropriate videos to children is a form of grooming -- it's textbook actually, making them less afraid of strangers, and opening the door to other things (We will be educating Connecticut on these issues going forward).
CRT (or DEI, or whatever you want to call it) is a tactic of the Marxist left. To divide based on race, is illegal and un-American on its face. It's been used for a century in Marxist revolutions and is nothing new. It's just new to Americans and we are making sure people realize it.
The Left has spent a decade dividing us into small, privileged, oppressed, entitled groups. We think that is wrong.
Westport should pride itself on robust discussion of the issues, not calling people violent, extremist , hateful and racist with no evidence. That is the tactic of a weak mind that cannot win an argument.
By the way, I'd love to debate you Dan on these issues, in a civil manner, open to the public in Westport. I believe it would be quite informative for the citizenry, don't you think?
For instance, we can talk about the propaganda of NYU Metro that Westport schools hired for their 'equity study'.
After all, democracy dies in darkness.
