We already heard from a number of Patriots today who were disgusted to see that the "republican" registrar in Greenwich, Fred DeCaro, sought out and obtained an endorsement from the Independent Party.
This year, the Independent Party of Connecticut required all candidates to sign the "Candidate Pledge Statement" found on the Party's website.
The pledge said that signors "strongly support free and fair elections and the rule of law, and reject the actions of January 6th, 2021, that attempted to prevent the peaceful transfer of power..."
We happen to know the head of the Independent Party, Stewart "Chip" Beckett, and had reached out to him a couple months ago about the outrageous pledge. We felt deeply concerned that Chip had fallen victim to the powerful propaganda created about J6 and the false mainstream media narratives that reinforced it.
We told him the truth about J6—that it was more a "fed-surrection" than an insurrection—and shared a stack of videos and facts about what really happened on that fateful day, and who really instigated the chaos after Trump told his followers to remain peaceful.
Despite the facts presented to him, Beckett stood by his pledge and even doubled-down in a public statement likening Trump to Hitler.
“I’m sure you’ve seen some of the things about Hitler being freely elected to overturn the Weimar Republic in the 1920s and early 30s. And I see January 6th, 2021, is very much in that vein. It’s history rhyming with the same populism power grab of I don’t like the results, so I’m going to destroy everybody else,” Beckett concluded.
Does DeCaro also think J6 was reminiscent of Hitler and the Weimar Republic? Is that why he signed the pledge?
Of course, the irony of DeCaro signing a pledge that says he will "strongly support free and fair elections" is not lost on us, especially considering how DeCaro sold out election integrity in Greenwich when he eagerly pursued and won approval to accept a $500,000 grant from the Center for Tech and Civic Life, aka "Zuckbucks".
DeCaro even admitted he didn't do any due diligence on the entity providing the free cash, either.
Instead, he eagerly pursued the money, and when the issue came before the RTM, it passed but not without complaints from several RTM members who said their votes weren't properly counted. Had they been counted, the $500k grant might have been rejected. But that didn't happen, much to the delight of the globalist contingent in favor of undermining election integrity in Greenwich with Zuckbucks.
By the way, Zuckerberg’s 2020 election spending was ‘carefully orchestrated’ to influence the vote according to a Federal Elections Commission whistleblower who shared his story with the NYPost.
The grants were supposed to have been used to "keep election safe" during the covid plandemic.
Many of the grantees used the money in 2020 to purchase and install election drop boxes, the kind that have been stuffed by notorious election fraudsters, like "Wanda the ballot stuffer" from Bridgeport.
Since then, more than half of the country has banned Zuckbucks... but not Connecticut.
So, yeah, the irony of DeCaro signing a pledge to support "free and fair elections" after taking a pile of cash from a left-wing activist group is not lost on us.
And it's not like there's any other choice for Registrar, either. DeCaro will be re-elected. The only question is whether he will get more votes than the democrat on the ballot.
