In a message released this week, Dr. Kate O’Brien, Director of the World Health Organization’s Department of Immunization, Vaccines and Biologicals, delivered a clear warning to the world: the globalist vaccine agenda is not slowing down — it’s accelerating.
Marking the halfway point of the Immunization Agenda 2030 (IA2030) at the 79th World Health Assembly, O’Brien and global health partners recommitted to “reaching everyone, everywhere with life-saving vaccines.” They called immunization the “most powerful, cost-effective and equitable health intervention” and positioned strong vaccine programs as the cornerstone of “global health security” and emergency preparedness.
O’Brien openly admits routine immunization coverage is slipping in many countries, outbreaks of “vaccine-preventable diseases” are spreading, and inequities are worsening. But instead of pausing to examine why public trust has collapsed, the WHO’s solution is to blame “misinformation,” push harder for catch-up campaigns like “The Big Catch-Up,” and prepare for the next round of rapid vaccine deployment during inevitable (or planned?) “future shocks.”
She explicitly calls for efforts to “debunk misinformation,” “build up trust,” and integrate surveillance, immunization, and emergency response systems. In plain English that means more censorship, more behavioral nudges, and tighter coordination between governments, Big Pharma, and international bodies to ensure compliance.
This comes after the highly controversial COVID-19 vaccine rollout — the most heavily promoted, mandated, and profitable pharmaceutical campaign in history — which left millions reporting injuries, excess deaths in highly vaccinated populations, and risks for myocarditis, neurological issues and fertility impacts that were dismissed or downplayed for years despite being legitimate concerns.
The message highlights “encouraging” data on the RTS,S malaria vaccine in Africa, claiming it averted one in eight child deaths in pilot countries. It also touts accelerating new TB vaccines for adults and adolescents, with efficacy data expected by 2028.
Skeptics note that previous malaria vaccine efforts have faced issues with limited efficacy, short duration of protection, and safety signals. TB vaccine development has a long history of challenges. Yet the WHO frames these as urgent moral imperatives requiring massive financing and “community acceptance” planning — code for overcoming “vaccine hesitancy.”
The broader goal?
“Life-course immunization” — meaning vaccines from cradle to grave, integrated into routine health visits, with every new product creating “additional health care touchpoints.”
O’Brien identifies eroding trust as a major barrier to the vaccine agenda.
Of course the WHO and its trusted partners, like Pfizer and the Bill Gates-funded GAVI Vaccine Alliance, never seem to consider that this loss of trust stems from their own actions during the COVID pandemic, including:
Instead of transparency and independent safety reviews, the WHO response is more vaccine funding and partnerships to put more "vaccinations into arms," and more labeling of concerned parents and scientists as spreaders of “misinformation.”
Parents who have watched healthy children suffer adverse events after routine shots — or who simply want to space vaccines, skip certain ones based on family history, or exercise informed consent — have already been positioned as threats to “global health security.”
The WHO’s message is clear: backsliding is not an option, and vaccine hesitancy will not be tolerated. Additionally, the WHO reminds that "equity remains at the very heart of this work," so it hopes to reach children with vaccines in a timely way, "to avoid them becoming zero-dose children."
Now That The U.S. Left The WHO...
The U.S. formally completed its withdrawal from the WHO on January 22, 2026, after President Trump initiated the process via executive order in January 2025 (following the required one-year notice). The decision cited WHO’s handling of COVID-19, lack of reforms, transparency issues, and undue influence (e.g., from China). The U.S. has since stopped funding and participation.
Shortly after the federal withdrawal, California became the first U.S. state to directly join the WHO’s Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network (GOARN). Governor Gavin Newsom met with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and framed it as a direct rebuke to Trump, stating California would not “bear witness to the chaos” of the U.S. exit.
Public health experts and organizations have since argued that rejoining is essential for global health security, data sharing, and pandemic preparedness. Some note a future Democrat president could rejoin unilaterally via executive action as Biden did in 2021.
Connecticut Democrats are resisting federal changes on vaccines by asserting state-level control, eliminating all religious exemptions and more. While they have not officially invoked or aligned with the WHO in public statements, the CT Dems clearly share similar sentiments on the CDC's new vaccine schedule, and even rammed through that anti-freedom vaccine bill in the 2026 session.
