Happy Halloween from the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC)!

The NRCC has honored Connecticut's own Rep. Jahana Hayes with a special Halloween costume this year... dressed as 'Jonah' - the name Biden called her by mistake during White House comments made in April.

The meme mocks how "Jonah" gets into Twitter fights with staffers and that Biden still doesn't know "Jonah's name" despite the fact that "Jonah" votes 99% of the time with Biden.

Other memes in the NRCC collection include Nancy Pelosi as Hakeem Jeffries' Babysitter, Hakeem Jeffries as a "medieval" border wall, Jamal Bowman as a firefighter, Gabe Vasquez as a Defund the Police protestor, Jeff Jackson as a TikToker and Dave Min as a driving instructor.
