BEWARE: Greenwich Time columnist Alma Rutgers is triggered by Greenwich Patriots!
The very thought of people who want to protect the morality of children, who want to protect medical freedom and who value America first policies sends chills down Rutgers’ spine.
The idea that the Anti-Defamation league is pushing a biased, progressive agenda is downright unthinkable to Ms. Rutgers.
Apparently, she missed the #BANtheADL trend on X, formerly Twitter?
Not us.
We watched as #BANtheADL quickly became a top trend, with many people on social media pointing out how the ADL is biased, and promotes a radical left agenda. Even Elon Musk chimed in, and said, "The ADL has done a lot of good work in prior decades, but has been overzealous in recent years & hijacked by woke mind virus." He also complained that, "ADL has tried very hard to strangle X/Twitter" by attacking free speech on the platform.
Remember when the ADL accused CPAC speakers of "anti-trans hate" for wanting to protect children from dangerous "gender-affirming medical care" that relies on chemical castration drugs and gruesome surgeries to remove healthy genitalia from gender dysphoric children? Remember when the ADL suggested that “expelling warmongers" was antisemitic? Same with "casting out communists" and "driving out globalists". In fact, the ADL even called the phrase "white lives matter" a symbol of hate.
No wonder #BANtheADL is trending so prominently!
Rutgers is also angry over the whole parental rights movement. How dare parents want to have a say in how their children are being educated and what they are learning at school!
She says that the entire Republican platform, including what is promoted by Greenwich Patriots, is meant to "trample upon the rights of same-sex parents and parents of LGBTQ children, especially parents of trans children." She actually implies that DEI, radical gender ideology and sexually-explicit library books are valuable classroom learning.
Really? Has she seen our Back-To-School Book Spectacular?
Does she actually believe that giving elementary school children access to library books that suggest they "might be born in the wrong body" is "valuable classroom learning"?
What about providing children with library books featuring instructions (and sometimes pictures) on the proper technique for performing cunnilingus and anilingus? Is that also considered "valuable classroom learning" in the eyes of Ms. Rutgers?
Rugters apparently doesn't think that children need to focus on the basics, like math, science and English. That is taboo to her, and the progressive agenda which she represents. She even likens a focus on academics to "censorship" because such a focus would eliminate the divisive left-wing political agenda that has been allowed to fester and grow within American schools. An agenda promoted by radical teachers unions as well as the Marxist-led American Library Association.
And, yes, we do like to point out self-proclaimed Marxists when we see them. Because we know that the goal of Marxism is Communism, and we are all too familiar with the brutal history of communism. More people need to learn this vital history.
As well, more people need to learn about the true goals of globalism as espoused by the World Economic Forum, a group which really did call for a Great Reset thanks to covid. They literally wrote a book on it! People should also familiarize themselves with the goals WEF affiliates like C40 Cities, a group that wants you to stop eating meat and dairy, wants to take away your cars, and wants to limit how much clothing you can purchase.
New York City was just in the headlines for signing onto a radical C40 pledge. Even the town of Bridgeport, CT, recently signed onto a C40 “equity pledge” pledge, so it's not unreasonable to think that C40 goals could spill over into Greenwich. Especially if the town elects globalists into key positions like the Board of Estimation and Taxation.
Once your eyes are open to the globalists' agenda, it becomes easy to see the goals of globalism in action. Just like with Lamont's proposed all-electric vehicle mandate. It's another page straight out of the globalist playbook.
For the record, when we say "globalist" we are talking about those who adopt or pursue a political course, economic policies, etc., based on global rather than national principles. This philosophy is squarely at odds with the America first principles that Patriots value. It's also quite a stretch to think that the comparison of Scott Kalb, who spent 11 years at the World Economic Forum, to the group's Chairman, Klaus Schwab, is anti-semitic. Especially since Schwab, a recipient of a "doctorate" in globalism, was raised Catholic.
Climate change is just another scare tactic used by globalists to further restrict and/or remove your freedoms, such as the recent calls to ban gas-powered stoves. But that won't be enough to save the environment. Nope, you're going to have to do more to stop climate change. In fact, the globalists even want you to believe that eating insects could reduce climate change because animals are a source of greenhouse gas. So now you will eat the bugs and be happy!
Of course, there is no climate emergency. Natural as well as anthropogenic factors cause warming. Warming is far slower than predicted. Global warming has not increased natural disasters. Carbon dioxide is plant food, the basis of all life on Earth. And climate policy relies on inadequate models. In fact, 1,609 scientists, dignitaries and other professionals just signed a declaration to this effect on August 14, 2023. But that doesn't matter to Rutgers.
Instead, Rutgers acts is if she were heading up the Thought Police, and it's her job to monitor others for any deviation from her prescribed way of thinking. A way of thinking that values radical, progressive ideas, including globalism.
Better watch out, or else you'll be accused of wrongthink, too!
